Renovation of a municipal facility in Kremmling, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,800-square-foot municipal facility.
Grand County, Colorado (hereinafter referenced as "County") is requesting proposals from qualified solution providers (hereinafter referenced as "Vendor") for roof repair on the fairground's Extension Hall building. Current roof is a screw down metal roof. Primary damage is located on west end of building. Building sq ft: 4800 Roof Pitch is 2/12Picture included to the right shows physical location, 210 S 11th St, Kremmling, CO 80459, of building within the Grand County Fairgrounds. General Requirements: Proposal shall include full cost of installation of "Roof Hugger" type system with a new screwed down metal roof over. Proposal shall include a detailed cost breakdown including materials, installation and debris removal. Proposal shall include timeline in which work could realistically be completed by Vendor. County has obtained architectural drawings of the new roof system The successful Vendor will be required to enter into a standard construction contract with Grand County Board of County Commissioners. The Agreement shall be for a period beginning approximately September 16, 2024 and ending approximately November 29th, 2024. Grand County reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted and to request additional information for any Proposal. Grand County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or cancel this Request for Proposals at any time without prior notice. The low bid may not be the awarded bid.
