Renovation of a municipal facility in O Fallon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids for the Replace HVAC Rooftop Units and Roofing project at the O'Fallon Department of Public Safety, 285 N. Seven Hills Road, O'Fallon, Illinois The bids are to replace HVAC rooftop units (RTU's) and roofing as indicated on the drawings and herein specified for the O'Fallon Department of Public Safety. The bidder must comply with all requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders and all other requirements of the specifications. No bid may be withdrawn before ninety days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The City of O'Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. All bidders are required to pay Illinois Prevailing Rate of Hourly Wages to all persons employed on the project. The Owner intends to award Contracts to Contractors at a meeting with the Board of Education on September 21, 2023.
