Demolition and site work for a hospitality development in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
The Project consists of the demolition of five (5) former motel buildings located at 41 Plank Street, Pittston, PA including disconnection and termination of existing utilities, erosion and sediment controls, maintenance and protection of traffic, removal of foundations and backfill and stabilization of the site with stone, removal and disposal of waste including asbestos and lead materials, and related work. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing wage rates Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, disability, national origin, or age. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via PennBid's "Questions" tab.
