Site work for a water / sewer project in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
To be eligible to bid, the prospective offeror must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors Question Deadline 09/15/2023 That all work shall be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the commencement date in the Notice to Proceed. Time extensions may be granted by the Officer-in-Charge. General Engineering 'A' Contractors automatically have these 'C' specialty contractor's licenses: C-3, C-9, C-10, C-13, C-17, C-24, C-31a, C-32, C-35 C-37a, C-37b, C-38, C-43, C-49, C-56, C57a, C-57b, and C-61. General Building 'B' Contractors automatically have these 'C' specialty contractor's licenses: C5, C-6, C-10, C-12, C-24, C-25, C-31a, C-32a, C-42a, and C-42b. That the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any defect therein. Bid security amount shall be equal to at least five percent of the Offerors total bid amount.
