Request for Qualification for Engineering Services Barksdale WSC will conduct a project for the public water system assisted by the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund of the Texas Water Development Broad (TWDB) for planning, design, exploration, and construction to find and complete a new deep water well. Accordingly, the entity is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering firm to provide engineering services for this project. The entity reservices the right to negotiate with any and all firms submitting proposals, in accordance with 40 CFR 31.36. This contract is contingent upon the release of funds from the TWDB. Any contract awarded under this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is expected to be funded by funds from the TWDB. Neither the State of Texas nor any departments agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this RFQ, or any resulting contract. This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) businesses.
