As of November 8,2023, project was awarded to CriLon Corp, awarded amount is $49,995.80. 2023 Asphalt Crack and Joint Sealing In general, the work shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing all required bonds, insurances and required forms, general superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances, and incidentals required for completion of the prescribed street asphalt crack and joint sealing, traffic accommodation and control. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the required form, certified check, letter of credit, or other security acceptable to the Borough in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. The Borough of Ephrata reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the bid in the best interests of the Borough. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/15/2023 1:00 PM start date of work and all work must be satisfactorily completed on or prior to Friday, December 1, 2023.
