The Aneth Chapter is seeking assistance with Architectural Programming for the 24 Acre development in Aneth, Utah. DFCM anticipates this project will fall under an Architectural Firm as the Prime Contract holder with subconsultants as needed. The areas to be addressed, but are not limited to the site: topography, geotech report, landscaping, roads, curb and gutter, buildings and their use, as well as the capacity study for the utilities (i.e., sewer, water demand/needs, electrical load capacities, mechanical) needs for each building, and NTUA (Navajo Tribal Utilities Authority) requirements; thus, providing the needed information to the Utility Capacity Studies that the Navajo Nation Law and Order Committee has been requesting. Construction budgets for each of the buildings and for the site: Vendor (food or sales buildings), Veteran's Center, Senior Center, Aneth Headstart, Chapter House / Admin Building, Water Purification and Fire Suppression Tank, Women's Shelter, Recreation Center, Wellness Center, Senior Care Center, Aneth District Court Building and detached Hogan, and Public Safety and fire bays.
