Renovation of a residential development in Highland Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
For additional information, contact the Highland Park Housing Commission at 313-868-4500, or the Architect 574-288-2052. All principal contractors and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site to review the scope of work. This will be the only time the building and site will be available for inspection during the bid period. Each bidder shall make a careful examination of the plans and specifications, visit the site of the proposed construction and acquaint himself with all the conditions before submitting his proposal. He will be held responsible for any and all errors in his proposal resulting from his failure to make such examination. No "Request for Extras" will be entertained as a result of the bidder failing to examine the plans and specifications and inspecting the site. Any discrepancies between actual field conditions and work specified in contract documents shall be brought to the written attention of the Architect prior to bidding. The Contractor shall be responsible to verify all conditions and dimensions and be responsible for this work conforming to existing conditions.
