Renovation of a fire / police facility in Wood Dale, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Replacement of three (3) overhead garage doors, two (2) doors approx. size 24'2" wide by 14' high, one (1) door approx. size 12'2" wide by 14' high with minimum insulation R-Value 17.54, red color outside and white color inside, and one (1) glass/window view section in each door, including the following all new equipment, door panels and hardware, door operators, minimum 75,000 cycle springs and hardware, lift track, perimeter and bottom weather seals (black), removal and disposal/scrap of existing doors, operators, and hardware, UL325 photo safety reversing eyes and 36" monitored light curtain safety devices on all doors, two (2) red/green traffic lights each for all doors to show open/closed status (6 total), emergency disconnect for motor operators with chain hoist manual operation mechanism/hardware for all doors, three (3) button control station for each operator (open, close, stop), two (2) remote controls for each door operator (6 total) with ability to program additional remote controls, all electrical wiring, wire, and final connections to existing power and operator control stations, closeout documents including all manuals and warranty letters, and one year parts and labor warranty.
