Reference Number 0000329294 The City of Exeter would like to establish a contract with a Contractor for on-call concrete repairs per standard plan work on City-owned or Right-of-Way properties, such as, but not limited to streets, alleys, roadways, parking lots and pads. The work includes traffic & pedestrian control, curbs gutter, sidewalks, ramps, drainage structures and flatwork. A certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid made payable to the City of Exeter will be required to accompany each proposal. *The City reserves the right to reject any item or items in the Bid to waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in Bids received; and to select the Bid(s) deemed most advantageous to the City.
