Reference Number 0000329294 The City of Exeter would like to establish a contract with a Contractor for on-call concrete repairs per standard plan work on City-owned or Right-of-Way properties, such as, but not limited to streets, alleys, roadways, parking lots and pads. The work includes traffic & pedestrian control, curbs gutter, sidewalks, ramps, drainage structures and flatwork. Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 09/25/2023 1:00 PM PDT Question Acceptance Deadline 09/20/2023 4:00 PM PDT Questions are submitted online Yes City would prefer that all questions be sent by email to pw@exetercityhall.com The Contractor shall be completed with the work within 30 working days unless extenuating circumstances exist General Requirements - License Required Award Requirements - All or None Award This project requires the Contractor to have a Class A or combination of Class C (C - 8) licenses to perform all aspects of work. A certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid made payable to the City of Exeter will be required to accompany each proposal. *The City reserves the right to reject any item or items in the Bid to waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in Bids received; and to select the Bid(s) deemed most advantageous to the City.
