**As of Aug 02, 2024, This project has been awarded to Copp Contracting Inc, with the awarded amount of $1,430,470.92.** LOCATION OF WORK Menifee Road Resurfacing - Aldergate Dr to McCall Blvd (CIP No. 24-21) The work to be constructed is located on Menifee Road between Aldergate Drive and McCall Boulevard in the City of Menifee. The work will include resurfacing the existing pavement by overlaying AC, removal and replacement of existing pavement. The replacement of all striping and adjustment of all utility covers will also be performed. The project is eligible to receive grant funds through the CalRecycle 2023-2024 Rubberized Pavement Grant Program. Contractor must submit a Reliable Contractor Declaration form found in Appendix 1 - Bid Documents A detailed scope is not available. This project is included in the City of Menifee's FY 2023-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Per the owner, as of October 9, 2023, this project is unfunded. A timeline for funding status, design and construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
