Site work and paving for a civil project in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work to be done under this contract will consist of the supplying of all materials, labor, supervision, construction plant, equipment, etc., necessary for the completion of the work that consists of: Clearing and grubbing of approximately 2560 m2 within right-of-way, and removal of two (2) trees. Supply and installation of a new 200 mm diameter watermain with approximate length of 195m. Supply and installation of new fire hydrants, valves, fittings and leads. Supply and installation of 50 mm water services. Supply and installation of 200 mm diameter sanitary sewer with approximate total length of 160 meters, including 150 mm diameter sanitary service laterals and 1200 mm diameter sanitary manholes. Supply and installation of new 1200 mm, 450 mm, 200 mm, 150 mm diameter storm sewer/leads with accompanying catch basins, manholes, culverts, ditches, and salvaging and reinstatement of the 1200 mm beveled end section. Relocation of one (1) 750 mm diameter catch basin. Full road construction for extension of rue Benjamin, including cul-desac. Supply and installation of concrete curb and gutters completed with 100 mm diameter perforated drainpipe with approximate total length of 510 meters. Reinstatement of existing surface features affected by the works, including topsoil and hydroseed. This contract provides for 35 number of working days as defined in the General Conditions paragraph 1.3. The Contractor shall commence the works on or before the 21sh day of May 2024. The day fixed for completion is the 31st day of July 2024, and on that day the Contractor shall hand over the works, complete and finished in every respect. Bid securities in the form as set out in each tender document shall be made payable to the City of Dieppe and must accompany each tender.
