The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum. The selected Bidder will be required to deliver the Goods described in the procurement documents including the purchase of namely new LED museum lighting fixtures for the Canadian Museum of History located at 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QC, Canada and the Canadian War Museum located at 1 Vimy Pl. Ottawa, ON, Canada. To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details. This procurement is subject to: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 10 of Canada–Ukraine Free trade agreement Chapter 14 of Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement Chapter 14 of Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement Chapter 16 Canada–Panama Free trade agreement Chapter 17 of Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement The Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) The World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) The Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement It is anticipated to provide the Goods by July 1, 2024.
