The City of Saratoga Springs is seeking Proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering Firms to propose plans to update the existing field house and develop a master plan for Veterans Memorial Park. The Field House provides services to the softball and baseball fields located in the park, as well as storage for DPW and recreation. The existing building has a DPW garage bay, concession stand, storage room and public bathrooms. Clough Harbor Associates (CHA) conducted a Building Conditions Survey and Recreation Programing Recommendation January 2023. This is attached as Exhibit. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bid documents per New York State Finance Law §163(9)(d).
