The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $92,500 for C). The substantial completion date for this project is 295 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
