The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is requesting, on average, five (5) standard portable toilets and five (5) American Disability Act (ADA) toilets for the locations below throughout the term of the agreement. CDFW owns and operates various wildlife areas within Kern, Tulare, Madera, Merced, and Stanislaus counties. It is necessary to provide public restroom facilities during various hunting and recreational seasons. This solicitation has been exempted from DVBE Participation Program requirements. However, for those firms voluntarily utilizing DVBE subcontractors, there will be an incentive applied to the level of DVBE participation identified in the bid response not to exceed five percent (5%). M Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Incentive.A Small Business Preference of five percent (5%) will be granted in accordance 1896 et seq., Title 2, California Code of Regulations (CCR).
