The Addition that has an approximate total gross area of four thousand (4,000) square feet. Minor renovation Work to the existing Administration Building is included. Other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Projects will be constructed under a single prime contract. C. Construction Schedule Milestone Dates: 1. Start Date of Construction: Immediately upon execution of the Agreement. 2. Substantial Completion: July 31, 2024. 3. Final Completion: August 30, 2024. St. Francis Indian School Board will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for an administration building addition and minor existing building renovation located at 502 East Warrior Drive, P.O. Box 379, St. Francis, South Dakota 57572. The addition is one (1) story in height and has a total area of approximately four thousand (4,000) square feet. Electronic Documents containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge per the owner. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of the Documents, in good condition to A & D Technical Supply Co., within thirty (30) days after the Bid opening.
