Minutes of the preproposal conference will be recorded by the County and may be incorporated into the solicitation documents through an Addendum. Interested Offerors are, however, urged to attend. For the provision of planning, research, measurement & analytics, service enhancement, and compliance & funding support for the County's Stormwater Program. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution. QUESTION DEADLINE 9/15/2023 QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2023, AT 5:00 P.M. EASTERN TIME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ADDENDUM. ALL QUESTIONS RECEIVED BY THE QUESTION DEADLINE WILL BE RESPONDED TO WITHIN VENDOR REGISTRY AND POSTED FOR ALL OFFERORS. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ACCEPT ANDY QUESTIONS AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME. If any questions or responses require revisions to this solicitation, such revisions will be by formal Addendum only. Offerors are cautioned not to rely on any written, electronic, or oral representations made by any County representative or other person, including the County's technical contact, that appear to change any portion of the solicitation, unless the change is ratified by a written Addendum to this solicitation issued by the Office of the Purchasing Agent. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
