Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fort Collins, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of October 25, 2024, design should begin in late 2025/early 2026. Construction will not begin until atleast 2028. CDOT will be hiring one (1) Consultant for this to provide Region 4 Specific I-25 and Mulberry Interchange Design Engineering Services. Please see the Draft Scope of Work for a detailed description of the services solicited. I-25/Mulberry Pre-Proposal Meeting: October 3, 2023 Proposer Questions Due October 17, 2023 Addendum #1 - CDOT Responses to Questions Published October 19, 2023 Prequalification: All parties submitting a proposal must be prequalified at least seven calendar days prior to the Proposal submittal date. Pre-qualification must be done annually. The prime firm or a member of its team (collectively “Proposer”) must be prequalified It is anticipated that this solicitation will be released September 14, 2023.
