Asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Morehead, Kentucky. Completed plans call for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
The Wetherby Gym Asbestos Abatement Project will take place within Wetherby Gym located on the campus of Morehead State University. This scope of work includes complete asbestos abatement of the following items All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders and/or General Conditions Morehead State University, Procurement Services, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
