The VA will now complete the acquisition through negotiations. Contractor shall completely prepare for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish equipment, testing, labor, and materials. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, and certain other items. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completion of the Mental Health Outpatient Bldg. 52 construction project, in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings.
