Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information" Pursuant to FAR 14.404-1 (c)(6), 14.404-1 (e)(1) and 14.404-1 (f)(1) & (2), Invitation for Bid (IFB) 36C77623B0075 to construct the Construct Mental Health Outpatient Bldg. 52 (Minor) Construction at the Fargo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Fargo, ND is cancelled. The VA will now complete the acquisition through negotiations. Contractor shall completely prepare for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish equipment, testing, labor, and materials. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, and certain other items. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completion of the Mental Health Outpatient Bldg. 52 construction project, in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings. The project is located at the: Fargo VA Medical Center 2101 Elm Street North Fargo, ND 58102 VAAR of Construction: $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 For instructions concerning the organized - see ATTACHMENT 19 - Instructions Statutory Cost Limitation: The current funding available for this minor construction procurement is $12,755,017.00. The Government cannot guarantee additional funds will be made available for award (reference 38 U.S.C 8104). Questions of a technical nature must be provided in writing and shall be submitted by the prospective offerors to Thomas Council. Questions shall be submitted only via e-mail to: thomas.council@va.gov. The subject line must read: Fargo - Construct Mental Health Outpatient Bldg. 52 - Technical Questions. Oral questions of a technical nature are not acceptable due to the possibility of misunderstanding or misinterpretation. THE CUT-OFF DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF QUESTIONS IS November 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM (ET). *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
