Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Township of Washington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of a new commuter parking lot adjacent to the emergency services building and associated drainage. Principal items of work in the project include: - 22 L.F. 12" HDPE Pipe- 278 L.F. 15" Reinforced Concrete Pipe- 3 Unit Manhole- 1 Unit Inlet, Type B- 1 Unit Outlet Structure- 1 Unit Underground Detention System- 380 L.F. 9" x 18" Concrete Vertical Curb- 80 S.Y. Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick- 60 S.Y. Concrete Driveway, Reinforced, 6" Thick- 1,400 S.Y. Dense-Graded Aggregate Base Course, 6" Thick- 620 Ton Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64 Base Course- 310 Ton Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course- 700 S.F. Retaining Wall- 450 L.F. White Polyvinyl Chloride Fence, 6' High Contract Completion Date By December 15, 2023 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received Contract shall be duly executed and its performance properly secured. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract.
