Site work for a mixed-use development in Bergenfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

The work to be performed under this contract includes the milling and resurfacing of the upper parking lot of the Roy W. Brown Middle School, 130 South Washington Avenue, Bergenfield, New Jersey 07621, located along West Clinton Avenue. Also included is sidewalk and driveway reconstruction, curb construction, installation of storm sewer inlets and piping, and ancillary items. Principal items of work in the project include: 575 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3 or Less 100 Ton Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course 2 Unit Inlet, Type B The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of the Notice To Proceed. The Contractor shall coordinate the delivery of all materials with the start of construction on-site. All shop drawings shall be submitted to the Engineer in a suitable timeframe in order to avoid delays to the project schedule. Milling and resurfacing of the upper parking lot of Roy W. Brown Middle School, sidewalk and driveway reconstruction, curb construction, installation of storm sewer inlets and piping, and ancillary items Bergenfield Board of Education reserves the right to reject bids and waive minor informality in the bidding process The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of the Notice To Proceed
