The optimal time to submit the "MMP Supplier Access Request Form" to gain access to participate in a formal Sourcing Event (RFP, RFPQ or ITB) is 14 days. This will allow the County sufficient time to review your request and for you, the supplier, to access the Sourcing Event and to perform the actions needed before the event close date. The Multnomah County Department of County Assets, Facilities and Property Management is seeking bidders from whom it may purchase on-call snow and ice removal services. The Scope of Work is defined below. Contractor shall provide on-call snow and/or ice removal services including but not limited to plowing, scraping, and ice melt application in County designated parking lots on an "as needed" basis as well as shoveling, and ice melt product application for sidewalks, walkways, ramps, and access doors at County buildings hereafter defined as "Snow Removal." Contractor(s) shall provide all management, mobilization, tools, fuel, oil or lubricant, ice melt product, equipment, personal protective equipment and labor at various County sites as designated by the County Authorized Representative
