Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Centerton, Arkansas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Service Line Replacements Centerton Utilities is issuing a request for proposal on Service Line replacements within the Tamarron Subdivision along Amber Way and Sweetbriar Way. Request for pricing is for each street individually, as well as an option on pricing if both streets were to be combined into one bid. Service line replacements are to include approximately 50' of service line for long side services and approximately 10' of service line for short side services. Each service line replacement must include new gaskets on the corporation stop and meter can respectively. The contractor will be required to adhere to Centerton Utilities specifications. The contractor will be required to communicate ANY water service or property disruption with the property residents PRIOR to the start of any work. Work cannot begin until 8 A.M. and all water services must be restored by 5 P.M. daily. All properties must be returned to their original condition as soon as possible. Encasements are already in place on all long side services. However, due to potential meter can placement issues that may or may not exist, it is to be understood that some street and driveway repairs may be required with prior CWSD approval. It is also to be understood that the service line encasements have been underground for 15 years, there may or may not be an occasion where a bore is required. All street cuts and repairs must be coordinated with Centerton Street Department. A bid bond must be delivered with the bid documents. The amount of the bid bond must be five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. More information can be found on our website, centertonutilities.com, or by requesting it via email at admin@centertonutilities.com. The bid proposal request packet includes all addresses, meter can placements, and designates short and long services according to Centerton GIS mapping. Addresses are listed west to east on included map, with approximate depth of water main determined by locating equipment. Centerton Utilities and the City of Centerton reserved the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities for the bidding of the project(s).
