Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cherokee Village, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, choose the most qualified bidder for the Project, and to postpone award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the Sharp County Regional Airport Authority in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. The project will construct an asphalt access road providing access to the hangar complex from Airport Road and replace the existing gate with a new electronic controlled gate to secure access to the AOA from the main road. The project will also install a new 3-bay 50'x60' box hangar with all associated utilities, earthwork, and foundation. A new concrete apron will be installed in front of the hangar.
