Site work and paving for a road / highway in Caldwell, Idaho. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of September 15, 2023 bids were rejected due to bidding errors. No definite date for the rebid. The City of Caldwell is soliciting contractor bids for intersection improvements at Ustick Road and Montana Avenue. This project will include the construction of ADA pedramps and sidewalks, earthwork/grading, curb, gutter and asphalt, storm drainage facilities, traffic signal conduit boring and traffic signal footing/foundation construction. A bid bond, certified check or cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and in favor of the Owner shall accompany the proposal. BIDDER agrees that this project (NOT including the Citys scope of work) will be substantially complete by December 1st, 2023 and final completion shall be complete by December 22nd, 2023.
