The intent of this requirement is to provide the 318 Special Operations Squadron with a Physical Access Control System (PACS) to allow for secure entry and access to building 190. The vendor would both provide and install the physical access control system. The results of this installation would allow for four (4) total door access panels, with three (3) exterior door access panels with associated card readers/codes, one (1) interior door access panel for entry into a secure open storage area.
