RFP Boiler Replacement Project - 5173380

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Taylor, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

We invite qualified contractors to submit proposals for the replacement of boilers at High School and East Elementary School. The scope of work includes replacing two Aerco Boilers at High School located at 300 Davis St., Taylor, PA, and one at East Elementary School located at 900 School Street, Moosic, PA Replace 2 Aerco Boilers at High School and 1 at East Elementary. Lockout/Tagout boilers for safety. Disconnect all electrical, control wiring, heat piping, gas piping, and vent piping from defective boilers. Remove old boilers and set new boilers in their place. Re-connect all piping and wiring to new boilers. Start boilers and ensure proper operation. Exclusions: Bonds and Permits (if applicable). Overtime/Extra Hours Work. Electrical work (to be done by others). Submission Requirements: Proposals must include: Detailed project plan outlining the steps and timeline for the boiler replacement. Cost breakdown including materials, labor, and any additional charges Relevant experience and references from similar projects. Proof of insurance and necessary licenses. Project team qualifications and certifications. Any clarifications or questions regarding the project. Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on: Demonstrated experience in similar projects. Cost-effectiveness. Adherence to project timeline.
