The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction of 880 LF of 16-Inch finished Waterline, 11,800 LF of 24-Inch finished Waterline, Combination Air Release Valves, Manholes, Pressure Relief Valve Vaults, Meter Vaults, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Drain/Flush Valves, Hot Tapping, Jack and Bore Crossings, Steel Casings and Appurtenances, Split Steel Casings and Appurtenances, Pavement Restoration, Gravel Surface Restoration, Tree Protection, Tree Removal, Erosion Control Measures, Electrical and Instrumentation Work as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in Section CIP3. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City's Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening.
