The Town of Nottingham, New Hampshire, is seeking proposals to replace a dry hydrant located on Kennard Road. Install a new fire line from the existing hydrant location for a span of approximately 45' to the pond. Remove existing failed hydrant and replace it with new hydrant. Restore site to preconstruction conditions including replacement of signage and rocks/pillars. Loam and re-seed as
necessary. Necessary materials and piping to be supplied by the Town of Nottingham as well as
trucking of aggregate supply. The pond can be pumped down as necessary for the installation (pumping to be provided by contractor). Proposal shall be inclusive of the cost of labor, equipment, and pumping. The Contractor will furnish to the town a Certificate of Insurance and an endorsement prior to executing the Contract or commencing work demonstrating that the Town of Nottingham and its
officials, agents, volunteers and employees are named as an additional insured on the general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage on a primary and noncontributory basis.
The Contractor shall provide proof of workers compensation insurance meeting State of New Hampshire required limits and providing employer's liability coverage. The Town of Nottingham reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and/to waive informalities as deemed in the best interest of the Town.
