The Wichita and Affiliated Tribes is advertising a Request for Qualifications to engage a qualified firm for a design-build of a comprehensive water delivery system to support the installation of a new water tower including the drilling and completion of a new water well, test well, new water lines and access road. Project is located west of the Tribal Headquarters north of Anadarko, OK. This project is funded by the Tribe's American Rescue Plan Act Award and a Bureau of Reclamation grant. An in-person pre-bid meeting may take place, notifications will be sent to all bidders of location and time. All questions must be submitted by email to contracts-wichita@native-strategies.com and contractbids@wichitatribe.com (no phone calls or in-person questions will be taken) unless in-person pre-bid meeting takes place. The Tribes answers will be forwarded to ALL bidders who have inquired about RFQ packet (also by email). This RFQ is for a design-build of comprehensive water delivery system to support the installation of a new water tower including the drilling and completion of a new water well and test well, and approximately 7,600 linear feet of new water lines. These components will be connected to distribution lines throughout the existing Tribal complex and allow the Tribe to maintain complete control over water consumption and delivery through the entire Tribal complex. In addition, the project will include electrical conduits, chemical feed station and new gravel road for access to the water tower.
