Site work for a mixed-use development in Lindenhurst, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a 15,300-square-foot manufacturing facility.
**As of December 05, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. Anticipated to award within 2 to 3 weeks.** The Village of Lindenhurst will accept sealed bids for the purchasing of a prefabricated clear span steel frame building and all its respective components, the erection of said structure, and the excavation and completion of the building's structural foundation for an Industrial/Department of Public Works (DPW) building (Phase 1). A separate bid package (Phase 2) will be provided for the balance of work to include all interior finish work, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as indicated in the Architectural drawings. A Non-Collusive Bidder Certification, and (2) Bid security in the amount of (5%) percent of the base bid. Of the successful bidder fails to or refuses to sign a contract with the Village within (10) days after the successful bidder has been notified of the award of the contract to it, such successful bidder shall forfeit to the Village of Lindenhurst, as liquidated damages, the bid security deposited with its bid. The Village of Lindenhurst encourages minority and women owned business to participate on all bids. The Village of Lindenhurst reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding and to accept such bid which, in the Village of Lindenhurst's opinion, is in the best interests of the Village of Lindenhurst.
