Supplier shall submit product information sheets for approval by the District prior releasing the materials for delivery. Upon receiving any comments from the District on the submittal the supplier shall resubmit a product which meets the specifications and/or respond to comments providing substantiation of reasoning why the product meets the specifications. Uploaded documents with differing pricing, or pricing not specifically asked for will be discarded. County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders are to include the following information with bid response: 1. Completed Section III - SPECIFICATIONS. 2. Cooperative Procurement Agreement, Attachment A. 3. Non-Collusion Agreement, Attachment B. 4. Exceptions to Specifications. Offeror must provide the complete manufacturer's specifications on part(s) being provided.
