Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 34,550-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Sapulpa is seeking qualified architectural firms interested in designing preparing construction documents to replace Sapulpa's historic Booker T Washington Center (BTW) with a new BTW Community Center that will meet the needs of our entire community. The general scope of services for this project is to provide architectural design services and cost estimates to construct a Community Recreation Facility for the City of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. The center will replace the existing Booker T. Washington Center. This project is one of six GO Bond propositions passed in 2020. To date, the City of Sapulpa has completed a feasibility study and a Master Plan for the new Booker T. Washington Recreation Center. As of January 10, 2025, per owner, they are still in the planning stages for this project. Design team has not been identified.
