Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Punta Gorda, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor for the delivery and installation of an enclosed steel building on existing slab at the South County Regional Park Maintenance Yard, 670 Cooper Street, Punta Gorda, Florida. Any questions can be answered by contacting Kim Chamberlain, Contract Specialist at 941-743-1527 or email: kimberly.chamberlain@charlottecountyfl.gov It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor to deliver and install a new enclosed steel building on an existing slab at the South County Regional Park Maintenance Yard located at 670 Cooper Street, Punta Gorda, Florida. The scope of work shall include, but not limited to, the following: o Building to be installed on an existing concrete slab o Building Dimensions: 30-feet wide x 50-feet long x 10-feet high o Vertical roof and side o 12 Gauge Steel o Color- To be determined by County based on manufacturer's options o Two (2) - 9-feet wide x 8-feet high roll-up doors o One (1) - Side entrance swing door o Two (2) - 30" x 30" Rear windows o Building to withhold a minimum 150 mph wind rating o Price shall include certified building blueprints o Contractor responsible for all permits
