Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ballston, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project consists of a capital improvement project for the Burnt Hills- Ballston Lake Central School District School District, consisting of alterations, renovations and improvements to the district's school buildings and associated facilities. Work includes improvements to the District's Pashley Elementary School, Charlton Heights Elementary School, Stevens Elementary School, O'Rourke Middle School, Senior High School, HS Concession Stand, Transportation Center, Maintenance Center, Maintenance Garage, and the Maintenance Facility. As of June 27, 2024, design is underway. A firm schedule has not been set but bidding and construction is not anticipated to take place prior to Spring 2025. As of January 10, 2025, a construction manager has been awarded. Bid packages are expected to be issued starting January 2025.
