The Town of Marion, acting through the Office of the Town Administrator and Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed bids from qualified, licensed and registered contractors to provide construction and masonry upgrades to the Marion Town House Annex Entrance. The Town of Marion reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so. Minority and Women's Business enterprise are encouraged to submit bids for this project. The total estimated cost of construction is $191,052. Also, the Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any General Bid or Filed Sub-Bid if it determines that such bid does not represent the bid of a person competent to perform the work as specified or if less than three Sub-bids are received for a Filed Sub-Bid scope, or if bid prices are not acceptable without further competition.
