Early Childhood Education Facilities - Phase 1 - INCREMENT 2 Increment 2 - Building at 4 different elementary schools that are part of the Early Childhood Education Facilities. The General Contractor is Landmark Constructors Inc *This bid includes Increment 1 and Increment 2 for the Concrete and Electrical scopes. The HVAC scope is not part of this bid. The project is tentatively scheduled to begin August 16, 2024. This is for a LLB project with Landmark Constructors Inc as the General Contractor holding a B license. At the time of bid, MEP subcontractors must be prequalified with the District. The license classifications subject to these requirements are those with any of the following license classifications: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46. https://www.qualitybidders.com/users/sign_up .
