Renovation of an educational facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of October 02, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** In general, work to consist of Renovation of the existing Auditorium to generally include Replacing existing Folding Panel Partitions, Replacing Auditorium Seating, Replace existing carpeting with new carpet, New painted surfaces, Upgrade the existing sound system and sound control with new equipment, acoustic wall panels, plaster repair, electrical work. The successful General Contractor Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract and to be executed on AIA Form A312 attached to Bid Documents. Plans will be available September 5, 2023 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total Base Bids, payable to the Green Bay Area Public School District, Green Bay, Wisconsin,
