All bids in excess of $10,000 MUST BE accompanied by A Bid Bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state of Ohio or a certified check, cashier s check or money order, drawn on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid, and made payable to Cleveland Metroparks, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into, its performance properly secured and shall be in a form the same or similar to the attached. Bids submitted in excess of $10,000 without proper bonding requirements will be disqualified from consideration. Topsoil, Mulch, Golf Course Construction Mix, and Ball Diamond Material to be supplied on an "as needed" basis to various locations throughout Cleveland Metroparks for a two (2) year period beginning December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2025
