Shawnee County desires to obtain the services of a qualified firm to maintain certain roadway traffic control signals located in Shawnee County outside of the City Limits of Topeka. An agreement, which includes the contents of this document and which is to be fully authorized and executed by Shawnee County and the selected vendor, will ultimately be required. General Requirements: Maintenance and operation of traffic control signals shall conform to Chapter 4D of the Manual for Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, 2009 Edition. Terms of Service Agreement: Three (3) years beginning 12:00 AM, January 1, 2024 and ending 11:59 PM, December 31, 2026.
