As of 10/17/2023, owner has determined the pre-qualified contractors. Anderson School District One is seeking proposals from firms with the qualifications to submit proposals for general contracting services. Question Deadline: 09/21/2023 at 10:00 AM ET Scott Powell, spowell@cgdarch.com GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Anderson District One is seeking proposals from firms with the qualifications to submit proposals for general contracting services. The project is additions to the football stadium at Powdersville High School, 145 Hood Rd., Greenville, SC 29611. The concrete bleachers will be expanded 48' on each end of the home bleachers. The ramp to the fieldhouse will be modified. Footings will be poured for the aluminum bleachers on the visitor bleachers. The Owner will contract directly with the bleacher company to purchase and install the bleachers. There will be two additions (each less than 200 sf) to accommodate required toilets with the seating expansion. There will be minor renovations to add additional plumbing fixtures inside the existing building. Anderson District One would like to begin construction in early December at the conclusion of football season. Construction is expected to be completed in early June 2024. Construction documents are being prepared and pdf's will be shared at the Pre-Qualifications Conference.
