Willamette River Aquatic Invasive Species Survey and Treatment The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department ("OPRD"), is issuing this Request for Proposals for vegetation management activities on OPRD properties, such as state parks, greenways, and natural areas, within Oregon. The geographic areas are shown on RFP Attachment E - Maps of Geographic Areas. The Scope of Services section and Exhibit A (Services) of the Attachment A - Sample Contract with Exhibits provides additional details on the services required. OPRD expects to award multiple on-call services contracts from this RFP. The contracts will be for on-call services within the service categories and geographic areas awarded. The initial term of each contract is expected to be approximately two (2) years. The total term of each contract, if extension options are exercised, is expected to be approximately six (6) years. Proposer shall direct all communications related to any provision of the RFP only to the SPC, whether about the technical requirements of the RFP, contractual requirements, the RFP process, or any other provision. Herbicide Application. A proposer that proposes on any service category or task that requires herbicide application must hold a current applicator license, of the appropriate type and category, issued by the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
