Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work for which bids are requested includes providing adaptive/inclusive outdoor playground equipment, PIP safety surfacing and installation in Pierce Park to completed prior to May 15, 2024. The City of Baraboo reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Proposals are being accepted to meet project goals to provide all design, equipment, construction and installation with total costs not to exceed $384,000 To accurately compare contractor proposals, the City is requiring proposals to be submitted as follows: 1) Provide an introduction and background of your firm. 2) Provide a current certificate of insurance. 3) Provide qualifications/resume of key individuals responsible for this project. 4) Submit a work plan to accomplish the scope of services. The work plan should include time estimates and target dates for completion of each phase. 5) Submit at least 3 references and samples of similar work. 6) Provide the total cost of the project with separate pricing for each line item when possible. 7) Submit proposals in a sealed envelope with "Pierce Park Inclusive Playground Project" and your name on the outside of the envelope. All bids will be opened after the September 21 st deadline. In lieu of printed copies, a digital bid with plans and drawings may be submitted by email to mhardy@cityofbaraboo.com. City will review bids and consider awards October 10.
