The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the Owner.
