General Squier Park 4725 S. Mill Road Dryden, MI 48428 General Description of Work: Work includes roof replacement, replacement of concrete vault covers, masonry repair and re-pointing, wood siding replacement, replacement of selective door, new metal siding and trim, facias and soffits, gutters, painting railing upgrades, ADA signage, LED lighting upgrades, and replacement of select areas of pavement, and site restoration. Bid security, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal, must accompany each bid in the form of a Bid Bond (certified check acceptable). Performance and payment bonds may, at the Owner's discretion, be required of the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all Bids. Final Complete of All work including punch list, on or before May 11, 2024.
