Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City through its Department of Parks, Buildings & Recreation Management is seeking bids for improvements to Alfred M. Glickman Elementary School including installation of sediment & erosion controls; bituminous concrete pavement; drainage; earthwork; installation of owner-supplied playground equipment, prefabricated pavilion, and furnishings; fencing; coordination with Owner's poured-in-place safety surfacing vendors; site restoration and landscaping The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all bids, if in the public interest to do so. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) by close of business on October 4, 2023 in order to be considered.
