Scope of work includes labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to: 1. Install two new exhaust fans, one in each room, and associated visual alarms and associated controls. 2. Replace roof hatch. 3. Perform associated electrical work. Subcontractor shall provide labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to install two (2) new Oxygen Deficiency Hazard (ODH) exhaust fans and associated visual alarms and controls; replace roof hatch; and perform associated electrical work in accordance with JSA specifications, drawings, terms and conditions. The Subcontractor shall - (a) commence work under this subcontract within 10 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than November 30, 2023 for installation of the ODH exhaust fans, alarms and beacons; December 31, 2023 for installation of the roof hatch. The time stated for completion includes final cleanup of the premises. Any questions related to the RFP/RFQ must be in writing and should be sent by email or by fax to the attention of the Procurement Officer or mailed to the Procurement Office business address. For expediency, email is highly preferred. All inquiries regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 4.30 PM 8/15/2023 to allow JSA sufficient time to respond.
