The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority ("CMAA" or "Authority") owns and operates the Chattanooga Airport ("Airport" or "CHA"). CMAA invites interested, qualified parties, capable of providing the required Airport Seating Upgrade to submit proposals for the design, delivery and installation of seating outlined in this request for proposal. CMAA intends to issue an agreement based on the results from the RFP process. The Respondent shall provide, deliver, and install commercial seating for the newly constructed Terminal Expansion at the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport. The designated seating areas will consist of: 13 4-Top restaurant tables 52 wipeable restaurant chairs 24 bar-height chairs with backs (bar top clearance is 41 inches) Bench banquette seating (to cover 27ft and 18ft-wide spaces) Wipeable w/ Charging Ports 13 square, 2-top restaurant tables for bench banquette seating areas 13 wipeable restaurant chairs for bench banquette seating areas 16 lounge/club chairs - wipeable upholstery, highest commercial benchmark rub count 4 occasional tables 4-6 Post-TSA Benches (to suit two open spaces 7.5' deep by 25ft and 24ft respectively) 32 wipeable high-top business center chairs (desktop clearance is 37 inches) 2 wipeable business center chairs (desktop clearance is 29 inches) With space for ADA access All seating and tables will be made of materials that are long-lasting, sanitizable, and highly durable.
